Effective 12/08/2012, the court upgraded its computer system from CM/ECF version 4.3 to CM/ECF version 5.0.

Use the following chart as a guide to changes and new features before and after the CM / ECF 5.0 update.

5.0 Changes

 

  SSN's and ITIN's 1 SSN Allowed

Creating a new party: 

A maximum of five SSN's or ITIN's may be recorded on a debtor's record when filing a case.

If you have listed multiple SSN's for a party who has previously filed, the court staff will edit the record.

Report

  Claims Register “View multiple documents” option available for the docket report

“View multiple documents” option will be available in the Claims Register.

When the option is selected, the report output will include a check box beside each claim document to which the user has access.
